We offer custom changes in orders only if buyers contact us prior to ordering. We can sometimes, but not always, offer color variations.. There may be an additional cost for these special items depending on extra work involved. In the case of special orders it is especially important to check size charts, as we cannot provide exchanges or returns on custom made items. We offer additional services for those interested including design and branding work, and button making. Wholesale pricing is available upon request for bulk orders intended for retail.
All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging. No handling charges & no tax for all items. We aim to deliver your order within 10-15 working days. Tailor made or customization / back orders may take about 3 - 4 weeks. Delivery time may vary according to your your location. All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. Only defected items will be entertained for exchange The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered. Our back office systems are fully integrated with DHL & FEDEX which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. this allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!
